Independetly run bike shop in Boulder, CO specializing in adventure cycling, community, and boutique brands.

ROLE Creative Director & Co-OwnerOVERVIEW Treehouse Cyclery was built as more than a bike shop, it’s a community-driven space rooted in inclusivity, joy, and making the outdoors feel more accessible for everyone. As co-owner and creative director, I’ve led the brand from the ground up, shaping everything from identity and messaging to the way Treehouse shows up in the world both online and in-person. My role spans far beyond design: I’ve managed marketing strategy, content creation, social media, partnerships, and event programming, while building relationships with independent brands, local businesses, and community organizations. I’ve produced campaigns and storytelling that highlight small makers and underrepresented riders, developed retail + digital assets across print and web, and helped create experiences like group rides, workshops, pop-ups, and activations that turn strangers into friends. Treehouse has always been about connection and every touchpoint I’ve created has been designed to support that mission.

Kickstarter

The Treehouse Cyclery Kickstarter campaign was built to support our move to Boulder and keep Treehouse’s community-first shop and programming sustainable through a major transition. Funds helped cover rent and utilities, moving and buildout costs, and expanded inventory and demo options. As co-founder and creative director, I led the campaign end-to-end -- shaping the fundraising strategy and story, writing the copy, designing all visuals, and producing the content across Kickstarter, email, and social  -- while managing timelines, updates, and performance to keep momentum strong. We were successful in funding our project with  233 backers who pledged $17,062 .
